| Tiivistelmä: | The shortage of resources force the corporations to use them carefully and efficiently, which requires innovative behaviour. Management of projects is a crucial factor in it. This presupposes the knowledge of the project structure, which is classified into four dimensions in the article: materials; financial, human and other resources; the time at disposal; the project, that is, the relations between the organization and the persons who are engaged in the project. The importance of attainable and well defined objectives as well as that of assessment of the costs are also emphasized. |
