| Tiivistelmä: | By studying people and societies food and drink habits it is possible to know and understand them better. This study analyzes the discourse obtained from in-depth interviews of women who are responsible for the decisions of families´ purchase and consumption of foods in Brazil. Food consumption is also examined from other social sciences point of view. |
