| Tiivistelmä: | This article presents results from the first part of a research which explored environmental impacts of two uranium production centers in Brazil. The operational processes as well as waste management strategies and costs of the first case organization were analyzed. The second part of the study concentrates on the other uranium production unit. The results are compared with the first one and highlight the impacts of environmental and social-economical matters. |
