| Tiivistelmä: | The present article continues the terminological discussion about the phenomenon of controlling. The principal working of controlling, especially the interactive directing, the integrate linking and the production of informative congruity will be derived from a system theory analysis of management and execution. Controlling systems are organized on this mechanism - realized as a correlation structure between business subsystems - combined chiefly with special tasks and tools of controlling. |
