| Tiivistelmä: | The main results of an analysis which was the starting point of introducing modern methods of management in the Gotthard Bank /Switzerland/ are discussed. The focus is on the importance of closed concept of controlling for modern global management of banks. The question is analyzed in the light of the changes of bank markets which are to happen in the near future. It is concluded that the reorganization and modernization of controlling instruments is a huge task because it concerns every branch of logistics in a bank. |
