Tiivistelmä:The word "mobbing" is used to denote persistent personal conflicts at the place of work. The culprit and victim relationship is typical of this. Young women and older men are particularly affected. Unfortunately, the recession with its increased pressure on employees has furthered the frequency of such conflicts. It is only those who are familiar with mobbing in the first phase that can take steps against it. In a certain sense, improved communication can have a preventive effect.
