| Tiivistelmä: | According to statistics, the total output of 10 kinds of non ferrous metals including copper, aluminum, lead, tin, zinc nickel, mercury, magnesium, titanium and antimony reached 4.1812 million tons in 1995, up 12.97% over last year. Their output is planned to reach 4.10 million tons in 1996, down 1.9% over last year. Among them, the planned output of copper will be 0.75 million tons and that of aluminum, 1.70 million tons. According to forecast, China's total consumption of copper, aluminum, lead, zinc and tin will be 3.90 million tons, up 4.3% over last year. It is estimated that the domestic market prices of lead, zinc and tin will rise. |
