| Tiivistelmä: | In view of the fact that losses have incurred in over 40 percent of the iron and steel enterprises the government formulates an important strategy of eliminating losses within three years. At present, China's steel output has reached 0.12 billion tons. We must implement the policy of "gaining a victory by quality", increase varieties, improve quality in a bid to satisfy the state's need with quality steel within a given period. As to the modernization of iron and steel industry, China should form her technological system on the basis of introducing the advanced technology from other countries, stress economic return and strive for reaching the goal of improving production quality domestication and innovation by pooling all forces as soon as possible. |
