| Tiivistelmä: | Besides historical reasons, the factors influencing the competitiveness of China's iron and steel industry are the one-sidedness in choosing development strategy and weak capacity of technological innovation, especially independent technological innovation. The former is expressed as stressing the expansion of tonnage of steel but neglecting the optimization of industrial structure. Therefore, we should take the following strategic measures: conducting significant technological transformation of some exceptionally large groups and forming in batches several complete production lines with competitiveness and high-technological content and realizing the domestication of key advanced metallurgical equipment step by step in a planned way on the basis of digesting the introduced advanced technology and making the second innovation. |
