| Tiivistelmä: | Problems existing in China's iron and steel industry policy include:(1)Investment and financing policies. Investment tends to be small and scattered. Investment results are not good and input of technological development is low.(2) Technology progress policy. The utilization rate of production capacity is low. Digestion, absorption and creation of imported technologies hasn't received enough attention. The rate of home-made large equipment is low. (3) Industrial organization and structure policies. There is no giant incorporated conglomerate with international competitiveness. The proportion of enterprises' scales doesn't meet the requirement of market competition. Suggestions are as follows: keeping increasing investment properly; the orientation of investment and financing should always be positioned at adjusting structure etc. |
