| Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of the paper is to examine the importance of love, forgiveness and trust as core values of the leaders of today's modern organizations. Leaders (sharing these values) should not only be committed to maximizing the value of the organization, but also to help the members of the organization to "become their best". By reviewing the existing body of literature of the field, the article aims to define the constructs of love, forgiveness and trust, and also to identify 10 commonalities about these constructs. |
