Tiivistelmä:An "ideological" approach to a company is today increasingly important in order to best mobilize and organize its energies. This explains the fad of recent years in new human resources management methods and primarily in company development projects. It is explained by the director of a leading French bank why his company chose not to develop this method. Indeed, such a "tool" was judged to be insufficiently adapted to the situation. The program chosen by the bank was based on the development of initiative and communication in order to instill in the employees a cultural identity to mobilize them.
