Tiivistelmä:Most management today are concerned about their internal communications but the message often fails to get through. That is because, to be effective, all communication must be appropriately presented, framed, sustained - and by all means two-way. Employees are mostly interested in the job they do, keen to know things that will help them make it easier; overcome problems and results in a better product or service. In this respect the Japanese have exceeded other nations. A UK company judges its managers on its employees' opinions. Each manager is given a "managership index" based on his average score from the relevant questions. That is one way of promoting good management and communication.
