| Tiivistelmä: | The measures of the reform of import trade system are to set up the import trade system of socialist market economy , to coordinate the import trade system reform with the international trade regulations and to strengthen the Customs reform. The reform of the export trade system must be beneficial for the steady development of the export trade and the increase of social-economic efficiency and must follow the principle of the combination of planning with market adjusting and the combination of export trade system reform with international trade regulations. |
