| Tiivistelmä: | The question of liability for loss of, damage to, or delay in handling goods while they are in the charge of operators of transport terminals did not receive much attention from the international community until the UN c Convention on the Liability of Operators of Transport Terminals in International Trade was adopted in April, 1991. This article attempts to examine some of the most important features of the Convention, and to evaluate its contribution to the law of international trade. |
