| Tiivistelmä: | During recent years, the need for effective methodology for what is commonly called multiproject, portfolio, or programme management has become more and more clear. The paper demonstrates a workable approach to multiproject planning which is applicable to a large number of projects, and is appropriate for private-enterprise organizations (e.g. large contractors), government organizations, (e.g. public works and defence organizations) and international agencies (e.g. in World Bank programmes). |
