| Tiivistelmä: | An important difference between managers is the way they manage their time. The paper explains the difference between effective an ineffective managers. As a result of its importance, the literature on time management strategies is extensive but it would not appear to be, in the main, based on conceptual foundations. The paper reviews the available empirical evidence and explores the implications of the findings on how managers actually spend their time. |
