| Tiivistelmä: | In the present stage, the market demand for motorbikes is increasing rapidly in China. The variety of products tends to be diversified. The market capacity has leapt to first in the world. In 1995, 8.4 billion units were sold, which showed that the competitiveness of domestic motorbike market had been enhanced obviously. According to forecast, the development of China's future motorbike market may be divided into 3 stages: rapid growth stage (1996-2000) with an annual growth rate of 8%-10%; steady growth stage (2001-2010) with an annual growth rate of 50% and 2010's demand reading 14-15 million units; stable growth stage (after 2010) with an annual demand of 20 million units. |
