| Tiivistelmä: | To establish the innovative system of foreign economic and trade enterprises in China, we should follow the basic laws governing the world economy and world market, adapt to the four major cross-century economic development trends- global, information, marketing and integration, and observe the international regulations and rules and international practice. Concept-updating and SCI-tech innovation are the basic characteristics of the innovative system. They find expression in the following: Foreign economy and trade are regarded as directional and-tiered opening. The technological development institutions are established and perfected to make enterprises the subject of technological innovation. |
