| Tiivistelmä: | The continuous interst rate is represented mathematically by the law of organic growth. In connection with the disconti- nuous compound interest calculation the algorithmic contexts results between continual and discontinuous capital growth. For the calculation of interest several times per year before introduction of the repayment of a loan the mathema- tics of annuities should be used. Furthermore, it allows to calculate the amount of an interest payable in the middle of a period or payable in arrears with formulae analogous to the perpetuity. |
