| Tiivistelmä: | The system-reformed state-owned enterprises for listing means the whole process in which the traditional state-owned enterprises are turned into the stock companies through system-reforming for listing, stock-issuing and stock transaction in the securities market. It is a departure of the old pattern of planned economic management to the establishment of the system of modern enterprises. In practice, there are the following main patterns: those respectively of the whole reform, the divided, the holdings divided, the part divided, the merge, and the holdings merge. |
