| Tiivistelmä: | The employment relations environment is changing. The globalization has intensified competition in product and labour markets. This paper says that in the area of participation this has led to a renewed focus on employer-sponsored employee involvement arrangements with direct engagement with workers and co-workers in autonomous or semi-autonomous teams. This paper explores current arrangements for employee participation in the UK. It focuses on the process for informing and consulting employees. |
