| Tiivistelmä: | This paper empirically examines the relationships btw. value, rareness, competitive advantage (hereafter as: c-a.), and performance. The results suggest that value and rareness are related to c-a., that c-a. is related to performance, and that c-a. mediates the rareness-performance relationship. These findings have important academic and practitioner implications. |
