| Tiivistelmä: | Just-in-Time (JIT) implementations typically yield great productivity improvements in their early stages. However, as the implementations mature, opportunities for improvement become less apparent, and a different set of management problems must be addressed. This article is a description of the effects of initial JIT implementation in a manufacturing company and the subsequent use of JIT, TOC, and focused factories as the application further matured. |
