| Tiivistelmä: | The aircrew-scheduling model proposed here considers not only the performance of the crew scheduling process but also the flexibility of an irregular operation. A genetic algorithm is applied to solve this problem efficiently. The method is more effective than the traditional aircrew-scheduling model. |
