| Tiivistelmä: | In the real economic life, all the allocation of resources is carried out in the state of incomplete competition on market. So to explore the effective allocation of resources among industries , we should seek the law correlated with it from the state of the movement of cost and returns. The objective of realizing the effective allocation of resources among industries, which we will achieve is to allocate the limited resources to the industries with better economic returns while the needs of economic development and social progress is guaranteed to be satisfied, to a maximum extent. |
