| Tiivistelmä: | Due to extensive management and backward managerial methods the dissipation of our resources is astounding and the potential for economizing and retrieving is rather great. Since resources haven't been developed reasonably and utilized fully, discharges enter the environment in the form of "the three wastes"(waste gas, waste water, industrial residue), which cause heavy pollutions and unbalance of ecology and form vicious cycles. Therefore, strengthening the comprehensive utilization of resources is an inevitable course for the sustained development of economy. It is essential to make full use of resources and extend the number of years of workable resources, to turn "waste" into wealth and open up channels of supplies for resources, to accelerate technological progress and lower consumption of resources, to optimize the structure of energy,etc. |
