By adding functionality to previous manufacturing resource planning systems, the aim is to integrate functions and processes within a manufacturing firm. The authors present a survey of ERP implementation in Swedish manufacturing firm, concerned with ERP system penetration, the pre-implementation process, implementation experience, ERP system configuration, benefits, and future directions. |
