Tiivistelmä:This article provides a perspective for the relationship between human resource management (hereafter as HRM) practices and continuous improvement (hereafter as CI) activities. The aim of this paper is to statistically investigate the impact of HRM function to improve CI implementation success and company performance. The analysis draws mainly upon data from the Continuous Improvement Network Survey. The findings of this study reveal positive association between HRM and both CI behavior and company performance. The effect would be the strongest if company harmonized the CI activities with their strategic objectives and measured the results of CI activities.
