| Tiivistelmä: | The current trend toward intelligent software, as evidenced by decision support and expert systems, is a recognition that formal, structured information is only one element of the decision-making process. To complement management information needs, the important area of informal and textual information must also be considered. A corporate intelligence system has been developed, that facilitates the rapid communication of soft information about customers, products, services, government trends, between persons, who will make the best use of such information. |
