| Tiivistelmä: | The appropriate starting point for strategy formulation is to identify where a company's resources are superior to those of competitors. Guidance is given on how to classify critical resources according to their capacity to be deployed competitively over time. Advantages may be gained from fixed assets, blueprints, company cultures, etc. It is also discussed how they can be applied to the best effect either in house, via joint venture or merger, or by sale or licence. Return on investment is also shown. |
