| Tiivistelmä: | Individual consumption loans are of very strong security, proper fluidity and better profitability. Thus, it is very important to develop vigorously the loan of individual consumption for the improvement of the loan structure of the commerce banks and for the enhance of their assets quality. The banks, therefore, should take effective measures to encourage the development of individual consumption loan. The article puts forward some realistic and effective measures and proposals to prevent the risks of individual consumption loan. |
