| Tiivistelmä: | It is argued that at present the brokers should be permitted to enter the market of loans among the commerce banks and of the repurchase of national debts. They should also be allowed to apply for mortgage loans with their own managed securities to the banks and to issue bonds and to actively develop the restructuring of securities companies and their purchase and merger in order to open up the new channel of capital-raising. |
