| Tiivistelmä: | In this article the authors provides an actor-network perspective on organizational entrepreneurship. The analysis draws mainly upon the findings of an in-depth study of management consultants in UK telecommunications firm. This paper pays attention to the subjectivity of network-builders and highlights the link to organizational power and politics. The consultants acted as mediators by enthusiastically seeking to build and maintain a network around the idea. The findings reveal that the success of the enrolment process is the key to understanding thriving of ideas. |
