| Tiivistelmä: | Purpose of this paper is to propose enlightened corporate governance, which is new approach to corporate governance. Enlightened corporate governance takes into account employees' residual risk which arises because of their specific investments. This residual risk creates a legitimate basis for residual claims and therefore board members should protect those employees who are exposed such risks. |
