| Tiivistelmä: | The subject of this paper is knowledge management, computer networks and communications in management. The author discusses the importance of content management in knowledge management systems and how five companies provided a platform for the development of a productive knowledge management system. The paper also considers the intranet use for knowledge sharing among staff members and communication challenge posed by the company's merger. The article pays attention to alignment between existing company culture and objectives and strategies. The paper also provides a small case study about Uniqema and provides a list of key points. |
