Tiivistelmä: | This article examines food products and consuming in Greece. Conjoint analysis is used to show are Greek consumers´ willing to pay for Protected Denomination of Origin/Geographic Indication (PDO/PGI) apples from the area of Zakora, Central Greece. Research method is conjoint analysis. Segment identification in this article bases on the importance of consumers attach to the PDO label and the development of their profiles. |
