| Tiivistelmä: | This presentation deals with the issue of developing responsible leaders with implications for education and human resource (HR) culture. It is asked if we already have cleared the mental pollution in corporations, consultancies and universities. These issues are looked at through the glasses of the article author's own operations in a company, Lufthansa, managing a staff of 25.000, product management incl. roughly 2.500 frontline and senior managers. A lot is reflected about what is happening top down, bottom up and horizontally in terms of mental clarity or pollution of the Lufthansa service culture. |
