| Tiivistelmä: | This article focuses on a study concerning the continued existence of German Democratic Republic after reunification of Germany, which was achieved by management buyout rather than through buyouts by Western firms. The aim of this study is to sift the surrounding circumstances by the end of Eastern Block isolation from the West in the sudden and total upgrade of information technology and systems enabled. Analyses and 1992 contacts and site visits with four management buyout privatised firms are suggested. |
