| Tiivistelmä: | The behavioral subject of debt crisis mainly includes the government, banks and enterprises. Viewed from the behavior of enterprises, their business operation system has not been changed thoroughly and no effective controlling structure formed, which leads to the creation of bad debt of state-owned enterprises. Certainly the heavy burden of enterprises is also an important factor. As the system reform in China is a long course of changes in system, the settlement of debt crisis is correspondingly a gradual course which we call it as GMM. First, we should divide the debt into the old one and the new one and handle them according to the types of enterprises. The old one will be settled by taking two steps: Gmm mainly stresses the financial supervision and management of ALM of commercial banks and the central bank. |
