| Tiivistelmä: | The contradictions of the too long Chinese state-owned economy and enterprises' font and irrational layout have become more and more prominent. And establishing and pursuing initiative contract reform strategic thinking has become the inexorable choice which has its rationalization and feasibility either in the aspect of improving the resources allocation of enterprises, increasing national economic benefits, standardizing government behaviors, eliminating the root of corruption, or in the aspect of financing the cost of China's reform, increasing the success rate of China's reform, and stabilizing and developing socialism. |
