| Tiivistelmä: | Investigation of the behavior pattern of economic subjects must begin with the research on economic rights, because economic subjects are engaged in economic activities and pursue profits by utilizing their economic rights. They are the manifestation of the law of commodity ownership, and have the nature of equality. Economic rights are both a kind of encouragement and a kind of restrain. The rights and obligations of economic subject should be symmetrical and the rights between element owners should be equalized by means of some system arrangement. |
