| Tiivistelmä: | Organisations try to embrace organizational market orientation so they are downsizing their functions. This article analyzes 2000 organizations, who use structural equation modeling approach. One assumption of this article is that employee trust has a positive effect on employee commitment to a customer focus and market orientation in these organizations and vice versa. |
