Tiivistelmä:The present study used data from 194 bus drivers and 311 engineers to assess the discriminant validity of measures of organisational commitment, job involvement, and job satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to present a constructive replication of an earlier study conducted by Brooke, Russel, and Price /1988/ in this field, and to extend their findings to different populations and additional correlates.
