| Tiivistelmä: | Technology, when it is considered as a tool and not per se, is a very powerful and effective means of improving education quality and reducing the time and cost of development and diffusion of courses. It is also a way to intensify distance learning, diminishing as much as possible time and geographic dispersion contraints. Finally it is a means of individualizing the learning process, as well as for its contents as for the applied pedagogical approach. It is favourable to the creation of new educational systems which meet the claim of permanent education. |
