| Tiivistelmä: | Western training techniques do not always travel well overseas. When it comes to training, Japanese have several uniquely Eastern expectations. Having studied Japanese educational and training systems for 10 years, the author observed certain aspects of Japanese behavior that Western trainers may want to emulate, so that they can communicate successfully with Japanese audiences. |
