However Mcapa can capitalise on the enormous public support he is currently enjoying to set Tanzania on the path of a new business culture. His first act as President was designed to underline the new business-like approach to Government: He renounced his right to be addressed as Mtukufu (Excellency) thereby depriving sycophants of one vital word from their dictionary. |
