Tiivistelmä:Organizational researchers in the late 20th century face a variety of paradigms with which to theorize their subject matter. This article develops a new strategy for multiparadigm research that promotes paradigm interplay. Interplay complements known contrasts between paradigms with connections proposed by post-modern critiques of modernist social science. Considered simultaneously, these contrasts and connections position the researcher to move back and forth between paradigms and invite researchers to see and use the diversity of organization theory in new ways.
