Tiivistelmä:An organization can be viewed as a complex social system with an accompanying set of roles for each organizational member. It is through these roles that organizational members know each other and through which they derive meaning for their work behaviours and organizational relationships. The purpose of this study is to test whether job level significantly moderates the relationship between superior/subordinate communication and job satisfaction as role theory would indicate.
