| Tiivistelmä: | The basic target of the reform of old-age pension insurance system in China is to establish a complete old-age pension insurance system featuring many-channels in the source of funds, multiple-level insurance mode, rights corresponding to obligation and socialisation of management and service. Recently, the World Bank raises a suggestion that a three-tier old-age pension insurance system be established in China. The first one refers to the basic old-age pension insurance run by the government. The second one refers to one supplemented by enterprises. The third one refers to personal savings one. On the whole, the three-tier old-age pension insurance system is feasible in China. |
